Everything he was looking for was there, in her eyes, a thousand words passing between them as they stood across from one another. His eyes swept over her, taking her in. She was fucking beautiful, her hair falling in loose waves over her shoulders, a tight sweater and jeans that could’ve been painted on, accentuating every soft curve. His fingers burned to touch her, but he couldn’t ignore the sad look in her jade eyes, or the guilt that washed over him. He planted his feet firmly on the floor, fighting the urge to sweep her into his arms, to hold her again. And then his world crashed and burned as Jeremy’s arm shot out, hooking around her waist and pulling her into the classroom. She turned, stealing a hopeless glance over her shoulder, then she was gone.

Niecey Roy knew she wanted to be a writer from a very young age, but her moment of enlightenment came after watching the movie You’ve Got Mail. It was then she realized her place in life, and happily parked her butt on writing romance. Her dream was to create sexy vixens, hunky, half-naked heroes, and above all, romance; lots and lots of butterflies in the belly, breathless first kisses and happily-ever-afters. Most days she can be found at home at a cluttered desk, pounding her tired little fingers away on a keyboard with nothing but black pepper flavored sunflower seeds and Visine as her weapons for mass-romance-novel-creation. Reading has always been an essential part of Laurynʼs life, and sheʼs been an avid reader of romance since the age of thirteen, when she began sneaking her mother's novels. Author Livia Jamerlan

Livia Jamerlan is the author of Divided, Consensual, and Coherent. She is also a hopeless romantic who is always looking for her next love story to pop in her head. Though Livia kept a journal throughout her early life, she never thought about pursuing a career in writing. She always used it as form of therapy, pouring her heart out into words. It wasn’t until a story developed in her head that she decided maybe she could write a book. At first it was just an escape from reality, But now she uses it as a power to put all her feelings, hopes, and fears on paper. Deciding it was time to tell her story, she began to write. With each passing day the story grew, characters were formed, and what seemed like a hobby at first has now become a passion for Livia.
